George is the Operations Director, and driving force behind Chapel Bay Fort & Museum. It is his vision and passion which have, since 1994, taken Chapel Bay Fort & Museum from an idea to existence.
Emma
Emma is a key member of the team, having been involved from the start as Charity Administrator and is an important member of the hospitality team.
Di
Di is a fantastic member of our hospitality team who stepped into the breech at a critical moment in our development – a real lifesaver in more ways that one, she brings a lifetime of experience of nursing and caring to everything she does.
Jack
Jack is the Museum Steward, keeping an eye on the displays in the Casemates. There is nothing Jack likes better than explaining the displays.
John B.
John is one of our most experienced guides, an invaluable member of the maintenance team, a stonemason, a woodturner and a clown!
John C.
John is an experienced guide, bringing his love of history and of the history of Milford Haven in particular to his guided tours. He is also active in both the maintenance and administration of Chapel Bay Fort & Museum.
Morris.
A key member of the conservation team, Morris uses the skills acquired over a number of years as a clock and watch repairer in the conservation of the smaller exhibits here at Chapel Bay Fort & Museum.
John P
One of our excellent guides, another John who as an ex-serviceman and lover of history brings his tours to life for the visitor. He’s just waiting to retire from his day job so that he can spend more time here.
Pete
Pete spent his working life as an armourer. He is now using his skills on somewhat older and often somewhat larger ordnance than he is used to.
Phill
Phill is an active and key member of the team, with particular interest in the maintenance and running of the Ferret Armoured Car.
